Hello,

I'm getting a steady stream of companies and institutions asking me
about their licensing requirements or license quotes for NetBeans.

This would seem an ASF generic problem, but I think it applies a bit
differently to NetBeans since we are a big user-facing application.

Obviously these entities have no legal department reading the Apache
license so they go out and find the "Commercial Support" page and
email me to ask.

As far as I can tell these companies want to *use* Apache NetBeans and
educational institutions want to teach *using* NetBeans.

So, it would simplify matters greatly if there would be a specific
page were this situation would be clarified.

I particularly like the Creative Commons solution. Their license pages
have a "human-readable summary"[1] which is what these companies are
actually looking for. Could something like this be made for the Apache
license?

1. eg. https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/
