I've come across several issue that I think should be closed (while
looking around to gain insights into plugin portal/manager status/plans)
Is there some best practices around this? One thought was to add the
label "bulk-closed" to the issue, then a search like "... AND status !=
closed AND status != Duplicate AND labels = bulk-closed" could find
them. Setting a label will notify the assignee, even though many of them
are unassigned.
