Unfortunately the dev list is rejecting the attachment as well since the whole thing is larger than 1000000 bytes.

Subject: Issue occurred Hello I apparently had a problem with NetBeans 10 which requested me to access the data and send it to you. It appeared to be a performance problem. I was running NetBeans on a Windows 10 PC. At the time I was debugging my JavaFX Application and was attempting to trigger a breakpoint in a MouseDragged Event. Certainly my PC was running slowly but it may have been a background Windows Update causing the problem. Restarting the 6 gig PC took a while. Hope this helps.
