Well I'm about to close the merge windows. What is the best practice on creating a branch on git ? On the github UI ?

We have standardized and unique links for each release that are redirected at Apache end. We can point any release (including existing ones) to new plugin portal at any time we want. It was considered for 11.2 at one point, although probably not worth it now. +1 to having 11.3 and dev (daily builds) redirect to new portal as soon +as ready though!
