Sorry, my SVG loading patch seems to be causing the trouble! It sounds like the problem could be solved by moving the ide/o.apache.commons.codec module to the platform cluster? (As was done for o.apache.commons.io and o.apache.commons.logging.) Examining ide/o.apache.commons.io/nbproject/project.xml, that seems to be the only missing dependency here.
(Alternatively, the SVG loading functionality is not actually _used_ yet, so in a pinch, feel free to just revert it for this release.
