I wanted to add a performance label. So I started typing "perf" and it
gave all these names. I assume that means it is system wide.

There are 4 different spellings for "performance" in jira labels:
perfomance, performance, performence, PERFORMANCE.
There's also performance-benchmark which I can see as different.
I thought about collapsing the 4 into 1. Would this be appropriate?
Replacing could break a saved search.
