+1 for remove the report issue dialog or if we can have a limit on the
description field.

Hi,
the following is my personal subjective reaction to seeing a few recent
issues: It looks as if people stop thinking when using jira. Jira is
perfectly capable to handle attachments, yet people just blindly paste
the gestures and message log into the description.
This brings Jira to a crawl and make the issue tracker useless for me
(I know better understand why the OpenJDK tracker is blocked for end
users).
As the issue reports are mostly useless anyway (if you are lucky you
get a one sentence explanation and an exception in the log), I strongly
suggest to remove the "Yeah we are happy that you report issues" dialog
in the IDE.
Does anyone want to make a case for keeping it?
Greetings
Matthias
