I changed the commit message to include [...], and pushed, but it didn't
automagically hook it up. I see

but those steps require write access to repository. I manually added the
PR tag to the issue and put a pointer to the PR in a comments. But I
doubt that will get PR comments into the issue. If someone would be so
kind...
