I'm sorry, I nuke assignee for tutorial review during the migration. I recreated kanban for this tutorial too. But in the process assignee are no more set.
NETBEANSINFRA use netbeans group as committers, not the whole jira-users. Was told by ASF INFRA to avoid not well-known user to be assigned to task and issue. Maybe we should do the same for NETBEANS and manually add assignee we trust.
