Yep, that's it (or the main one I'm interested in). I did send mail
about this to the list a week ago.

then try adding the
release manager (Eric - ebarboni) as a reviewer and adding the 12.0
milestone. That is the documented process for requesting a PR be
included in the release during the release freeze.
I thought I had tried this in the past, but I don't think I have
permission to do these things.
Note, if anyone -1 it won't get in, and at the end of the day it's
Eric's decision.
Sounds like a good call for beta4 IMO (we don't have release
candidates anymore).
