We have upgraded the JNA version in 11.2, so I do not think that this
would be an issue raised by the patches included in 12.0-u1
Unfortunately due to licensing reasons SvnKIT is not supported any more
in the mainline NetBeans 9ans afaik nobody took care to support it as
third party) you can still make svn work using the native java library
bindings coming with subversion (you might need to install those
separately). That's the fastest Subversion integration, BTW.
