in netbeans-TLP :
netbeans-installers (baking installer)
netbeans-linux-experiment (baking maven)
netbeans-release (baking release)
We have a pull request checker that seems pointless because we have travis
and github action so we also may remove
netbeans-linux-pull-request
All jobs migrated, but
html4j is not working well, Infra is aware.
netbeans-snap-release is missing a plugin and should be migrated later.
Antonio make the most difficult migration as Multiple SCM is gone. He should
migrate to pipeline. Bravo !!

Infra is changing to a new building tools to replace "Jenkins" with
"Cloudbees based Client Master" and final switch will occurs on 15th August
2020
I will ask creation of NetBeans folder + access to commiters.
I will try to migrate the differents jobs,
