The vote is still on! I won't cut neither a new source nor new binaries
for this update.
They are uploaded and available at the mentioned places. Everything
beyond that is for post-vote release process "magic". I'm going to take
care of that.

Well, I did an Subversion copy of the 12.0 nbms, then updated that copy
only with changes nbms and updates.xml (and updates.xml.gz). So copy the
folder in subversion would copy the differences only. So at the end the
unchanged nbms would not effect neither the mirrors nor the archive.
However if you think I shall remove the unchanged nbms, then I would do
so.
I'm not 100% sure of the best approach at the moment - it's not what
we did before, but what we did before also has a small issue. I'll
start a discussion off the vote thread. I don't think it's a reason
to affect the vote - the sources are right, and the binaries will be
these or a subset.
