Sure. Nobody awaits cpplite on Maven central right now. Isn't the problem with -SNAPSHOT dependency related to https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NETBEANSINFRA-12 Previously the existing Maven dependencies were wrapped in NetBeans `org.netbeans.external` artifacts - now they are used directly.
