Yes and yes. If somewhat unintuitive. It's been discussed before at some point. And for what it's worth, I agree this is one area a better UI would be good. It's particularly apparent when you have plugins with different licenses, which doesn't apply here. My other niggle is that really the three nb-javac version numbers should be in sync? But that's also not a major issue.
