Well, it seems they have a Veracode IntelliJ Plugin too, so they do Swing as well as Eclipse's SWT.

Who knows, maybe someone builds a bridge between Apache NetBeans and the IntelliJ SDK (APLv2, [1]) small enough to have the plugin running...
