SceneBuilder integration and update

I was wondering if there is a particular reason about the SceneBuilder
embedded being still a very old version. As far as I could see the current
one (version 16) and the one for Java 8 too are under BSD license which is
compatible with Apache 2.0.
So should it be feasible to update it?
