I don't consider no reaction to be approval. We're doing something different to what was advised when the ticket was resolved, and I'd just like to see it explicitly OK'd. Ideally for this approach for CPE in general. Fundamentally, we're in agreement on everything other than how the ticket was resolved, so have just asked for clarification.
