While trying to create a clean pr, without all the bad commits, I
accidentally created a duplicate pr requests (open one #3073, renamed a
branch which closed the first and opened a new one #3074) very close
together. The first one started build during (which had failed sub jobs
MacOS build) but the first pr was closed and the new pr one was created and
started building (for wish the sub jobs passed MacOS build passed).

Then the Travis build started which seemed to be keying on the first pr
(even though it was closed). This build also failed.

Now the results of the closed pr build show under the second as well as the
Travis build failure (assuming from first) also showing under the second (see
https://photos.app.goo.gl/jE5KAXfLaXLbxXGXA )

Is there some concurrency issue here?

Hate to say, I think I need the job on 3074 to be restarted. Is there
specific permission needed to do so as there is a grayed out option that I
can’t re-trigger the job(s)
