Yes, agreed, and it wasn't meant as a negative to Geertjan's suggestion. Just a recognition that as a project we're a heavy user of ASF's Travis, GitHub and Jenkins services, and we might need to reconsider what we need to use and on what triggers if we want to add more. Or be cleverer - eg. path filters to only run tests in touched clusters?
