Okay, I've taken a stab at updating the page. And have done the following

   1. I've gone through each plugin checked if still accessible and if not
   made striked through those not available
   2. Replaced with new portal equivalent if available,
   3. For those with invalid portal links, I've got to source side and
   added issues to migrate when possible and added issue link.
   4. For each language, put a link to applicable language site for
   references
