nb-javac is the main one.

I just heard back from the team, they may have found the solution. May be
certificate related.

Which plugins outside your network do you need?

Any plugins outside of our network. We have our own plugins which work fine.
We are seeing this:

And this:

I have no problems on my personal system, it’s a Micron configuration problem
of some kind. I’ve been working with our security and configuration management
teams, but they are not able to pinpoint the problem.

Doug.

Hello! We have been long time users of NetBeans, and would like to continue
using this awesome tool! A few months ago, here at Micron, some configuration
changes to our environment were made which now do not allow connection to
things like plugins external to Micron.

I have been working closely with the Micron support team to try and find the
root cause to the problem. Most recently, one of our security personnel asked
if there is a NetBeans contact to learn more about what exactly is going on and
why we are having an issue. My contact information from Geertjan is old (from
Oracle days), so wanted to reach out here for some guidance. Thank you!
