While I'm inclined to agree with you (particularly "oceans of useless enterprise features" :-) ), I'm curious which features added to GH recently you disagree with? Particularly as long as they're opt in. Only thinking that three of those - custom forms, discussion conversion and workflow automation - are really key to the process part of the discussion. Without them I don't think we'd see quite as much benefit in switching? From the wiki, it's why Airflow actually went GH -> JIRA -> GH.
