I have got too the issue with copy and paste every time when I work
remotely VNC client.
Steps to reproduce:
VNC server on Linux, VNC client on Windows. Conntection from client to
server is established.
1. Copy text on Windows.
2. Switch to window with remote session with running NetBeans.
3. Select some part of text in NetBeans.
4. Past a text in NetBeans (ctr+V or Edit|Paste).
Result:
You see same text as you selected before in NetBeans, when you try use
the paste option again you'll see second copy of previous selected text
in NetBeans.
Expected result.
Pasted text should come from Windows and should replace selected text in
NetBeans.
The above behaviour occurs in every version of NetBeans 12 with JDK/JRE
8, 11, 13.

Hi,
I wonder if I'm the only one encountering problems with Copy & Paste
not working after some IDE usage. After I restart NetBeans it's
working again.
As far as I can remember some time ago there was a jdk bug regarding
copy & paste.
As I'm using a quite exotic dev environment Linux (NixOS) -> Citrix ->
Windows 10 I cannot exclude that this combination is causing trouble
somehow.
