It always does this for me. I think on rare occasions I’ve seen it work in the past. (maOS 12.2, JDK 17.0.2 - Zulu)
I don’t have any odd network settings (no proxy or anything). What I’ve also noticed is that the tabs (Learn & Discover, My NetBeans, What’s New) on that page don’t work either, you can’t switch away for the non-functional “What’s New” tab. Possibly it is related.
