Hi Akhilesh,

I noticed once that jobs of old PRs couldn't be restarted on travis - not sure if its the same issue here.

If it is, try doing a
git pull --rebase origin master
while on the local PR branch

and then force push into your remote PR branch. After that hopefully everything should be working again.

travis is also configured to only pull the last N (30?) commits. But this would result in a different error message and it is only a problem if the PR was already integrated, a job failed and nobody restarted it for some time - so thats probably not the case here.

If you think its something with your account, maybe someone else can restart the jobs until the problem is resolved. I just restarted something and it worked for me.

best regards,
michael

Hi Team,

I am getting the error “*Oh no!*An error occurred. The build could not be restarted.” While rerunning any jobs from the travis UI. PFA.

Any leads how to resolve this error?

I have already verified the ssh keys.

Best regards

Akhilesh Singh
