Hi devs,
the infamous layer validation test is disabled (for now) and I just
cleared all travis caches which resolved a cache pollution issue (gradle
lib hash mismatch), this means:
When something is red, it means red again: don't merge, restart it, if
its still red, its likely a problem -> check the logs.

The github CI has now also the job-summary step active (finally), so if
something fails, the junit test report should be displayed below the
summary page (the one with the graph) - no need to go through meters of
logs and search "failed".
