OK, rc1 delay - the build timed out at 3hrs. Triggered another.
That's double the time of the release builds in 13 and 14. I know
you've made a few changes to the build script recently. Nothing shows
up obviously in the timings - various stages taking 2x-3x longer. Any
thoughts?
the junit test JVM config changed slightly, I gave it more heap which
had a positive effect for gh/travis*.
But i can't imagine jenkins would run on such low speced machines where
a 1.2GB heap would cause swapping.
is it this job we are talking about?
