testsuite recently (PR merged today), maybe it could be better to

going to add the retry wrapper for this test. Is this ok? This does not
mean it should not be stabilized in future if possible.
The retry script prints warnings every time something restarts, those
are visible in the workflow summary page as annotations for the run, the
same place test failures would appear.
