Hi Neil/All,

I looked through the open Jakarta EE issues and I do not believe that NB16 
should be held up for any of these.  While there are certainly bugs that need 
to be repaired, I do not believe any of these were a regression from NB15.  I 
would agree that a couple are higher priority, so hopefully we can target those 
for NB17.
