Hi Diego, I guess that the link is not working anymore. I guess it goes to the old plugin portal of NetBeans before transition to apache. So what can we do here? We should find out Whether the jira plugin is already on the new plugin portal. If yes, we need to change the link to it. If not, we need to upload this plugin (Maybe an old version still from Emilian bolds backup repo and change the link anyway.
