Sorry, we've already synced, and in theory* published. We should certainly consider another rc if we get a Gradle update or GA anyway. It's rare we don't end up with an rc4. Although if it comes later, there's always updates! :-) There's a bunch of things in rc3, not to mention some fun with syncing, that make this good to get done on time. * Jenkins build 18 ran fine and published to nightlies already yesterday. Then something triggered an automated build 19 that has some errors in it. So I've triggered a manual build 20 and 17-rc3 won't be properly announced until later today now.
