Sorry, the vote candidate has been built, signed and uploaded already, along with half of the other artefacts - https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/netbeans/netbeans/17/ I'm not sure what the right answer is here, but I don't particularly want to throw away hours of work on this issue. It would also delay the IDE release by at least a week (and probably need someone else to run the vote then). Perhaps we bring in to release170 after the main release, and have a separate source and binary vote for VSCode alone?
