You're probably missing a branded _dark icon? For some reason, the icon loading was written in a completely broken fashion that loads an unbranded _dark icon rather than the existing branded icon. Assuming we're talking one of the frame icons, then copy eg. frame48.gif to frame48_dark.gif.
