I'm not sure if this is specifically a 23 RC 2 issue, as the feature seems to have been flaky in RC1 and possibly NB 22. But it seems that the Find Usages and Call Hierarchy features for a Java method is completely broken. It doesn't find any usages or calls at all - even from the same source file. Running on Ubuntu 24.04 with Java 21.0.3, and Gradle 8.9 or 8.10
