Thank you all for your advice. I could finally build on my "unrestricted" computer with JDK 21. It was not simple and got many errors at the beginning for unknown reasons, but it eventually worked, so it is okay for now.
Regarding the MAVEN_REPO, I still need time for that one to investigate. It will not be easy, in fear.
