Greetings,
I've wondered about the release cycle, and keep forgetting to ask. I
install the voting candidate, which has a release window title like
"Apache NetBeans IDE 29". A few days later there's a release. (And
congrats to all for how smooth quarterly releases have been.) Are the
released bits the same as the most recent voting candidate?
