That's on an import line? Are you seeing this issue everywhere, or just on imports? Because import lines have been flaky with JUnit and JPMS for as long as I remember. I don't have issues with Go To Type, although I can't ctrl-click on the types in the source. Other completion seems to work mostly OK for me. If there's any regression here from a recent release though, let's have an issue on GitHub to track for NB31.
