I’m trying to connect to https://plugins.netbeans.apache.org in order to add a plugin following these steps (https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/plugins/servlet/mobile?contentId=127406126#content/view/127406126), but it seems the site is unavailable. Is it just me, or is there an outage? Thanks, Toni
