Hi all,

An open question is the status of the ECMAScript 6 JavaScript parser and
its usage within the context of Apache NetBeans (incubating).

Only a small fraction of Graal.js (the parser, ~5% of source) has needed to
be made available (under GPLv2) for consumption by NetBeans. I.e., only a
small fraction of Graal.js is actually being used by NetBeans.

In the context of NetBeans moving to Apache, Oracle will relicense this
part of the JavaScript parser under Apache 2.0.

That is good news, thanks Oracle, in particular Oracle Labs which has
created Graal.js which is a fantastic parser, and this closes this issue:

Thanks,

Gj
