I'm not sure what you mean. I don't see the signed OCA from Chris2011 (I have to deduce from context this would be 'Christian Lenz') in the signee list: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/community/oca-486395.html#l So no, not everyone has signed. And in regard to the code donation - it has not yet happend, as the last message from oracle regarding this is this: http://mail-archives.apache.org/mod_mbox/incubator-netbeans-dev/201612. mbox/%3CCACkjAxTj29pNbSzdRv- vksNQEHyiYfUwcKkx3a8QirsaFFhxjw%40mail.gmail.com%3E There was no other mail finalizing that.
