Hi Geertjan, Do we not need to tailor this plan for the Apache process?
i.e. Netcat is 1 process we have of validating if a release is ready to go, but I thought in Apache[1], but there needs to be a VOTE thread on the dev mailing list and only the committers votes are taken into account. So on the timeline on the confluence page, when are we proposing to start the vote? and how does the NetCAT programme feedback feed into this?
