I've already removed the paragraph from "How to Participate" about the
"Need vote" label.

Personally I wouldn't mind if we remove the column altogether. Having
too many categories also introduces a block for new users wanting to
fill the table perhaps.

I think a better name would be 'Roles' for that column. Then it makes
sense to see 'Mentor' or 'Committer' there while everybody else will
just leave it empty.
