I agree with Emilians assessment, the author information is important
and needs to be correct. It will also make it easier to see if work can
be merged directly. If I'm not mistaken code can be merged under two
conditions:

   1. Either the change is deemed small/simple enough not to require an
      ICLA
   2. The author needs to have an ICLA on file

For the first condition I'll rely on my gut feeling, for the second an
apache email adresse as the author is a clear indication.

So I'd suggest to use the atpache address as the primary author
address.
