Based on the changes that you mentioned it should be ok, as no one as indicated otherwise best is that you start a new vote thread here for that release. Everybody's welcome to vote (indicating what you checked) but for the actual release we'll need an additional Incubator PMC vote. For that vote we can refer to the vote thread that you'll create here, to help the Incubator PMC see what was checked already. -Bertrand
