If you're not able to push to your own repo, then the problem indeed has nothing to do with Apache, but is some general problem of some kind. I use both NetBeans and the command line, sometimes the one, sometimes the other, for all Git tasks, without any problem. We could look at it via Skype (geertjanwielenga is my name there), if you like.
