I'm curious why you want reviews as opposed to just merging those yourself. I see mostly trivial changes at https://github.com/apache/incubator-netbeans/pulls Was there a decision to use Review-Then-Commit instead of Commit-Then-Review? And if yes where's that documented? -Bertrand (incubation mentor hat on - trying to avoid making things more complicated than needed)
