Hi,
While updating NETBEANS-146 [1] with the recently merged logos, I
noticed that there's been little advance on the splash screen area.
Do we want to start a splash contest with a deadline? What about April
the 1st? ;-)

If PR#447 is merged I'll mark those icons I've added in NETBEANS-146 (as
you marked the licensing changes with a star), so it's easy to see what
branding remains to be done.
