There is no need to include (incubating) in the *name*.
The About box however should mention the *project* is going through
incubation, e.g. like
"Apache NetBeans is currently undergoing Incubation at the Apache
Software Foundation."
Note that that disclaimer text should use "NetBeans", not "NetBeans IDE"
because the latter is not the project/podling, just a release from it.
