Hi Geertjan, Can we not publish these somewhere on netbeans.apache.org? Perhaps netbeans.apache.org/javadoc. I think at the point of release, the updated javadoc should be published to the site. It is probably important to retain existing previous versions of the javadoc also, for those who remain on previous releases. I think we should begin with Apache NetBeans 9.0 javadoc and move forward with this strategy. Then we could have links such as the following:
- netbeans.apache.org/javadoc/9.0/ - netbeans.apache.org/javadoc/9.1/ - etc. Thanks On Tue, Aug 7, 2018 at 6:35 AM Geertjan Wielenga <[email protected]> wrote: > Hi all, > > We need to think about where to put our javadoc: > > http://bits.netbeans.org/dev/javadoc/ > > This is how to build it: > > ant -buildjavadoc > > All the javadoc is already donated, since it comes from the donated source > files. > > One of the ZIPs generated from the above consists of HTML files. > > Where/how/when can/shall we publish these? > > And this should be a standard part of the release cycle. > > Thanks, > > Gj > -- Josh Juneau [email protected] http://jj-blogger.blogspot.com https://www.apress.com/index.php/author/author/view/id/1866
